Mental Health Break


My body, mind, and soul feel the need to breathe deep, focus on some self care, and create new things.

I have some inner work, goals, and plans that need my attention. (Some of which include this blog.

So, I’m going to take a short break to recharge, refocus, and return to a better head space.

It might be a week, but it may be more. I’ll have to take it day by day.

In the meantime, be good to each other. Spread love and light wherever you go. Help where you can.

Also, be kind to yourself. Self care is extremely important, so check in to see what you need and make that happen.

And please remember, you are loved and you matter to me. ❤❤❤

  1. Lame. Who cares about your ‘inner healing’? Sheesh. It’s all about you. The whole point to this is making me feel good about myself. I need to know how horrible your past is so I feel better about my future. Hahahahaha.

  2. Amanda: Each of us needs to be sure our emotional and mental states are at the best level they can be. I just have come off a sort-of health break. It was not my choice. I had to have some surgery. That and the COVID restrictions almost took a toll on me. We have to take care of ourselves. Peace and blessings to you as you rejuvenate.
